By purchasing a membership, submitting your listing, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies apply to all members listed in the Best Myrtle Beach Photographers Directory, founded and operated by Crystal Lee Photography, LLC.
Membership Overview
Membership in the directory includes a professional listing based on your selected tier and applies to both photographers and legally operating small businesses. Your listing is built using the content you provide, such as portfolio images, business info, and social links. (Content varies based on business type.) Once your materials are submitted, your profile will be created and sent for review prior to going live. Membership includes access to a Customer Dashboard, where you can manage your account and payment information.
Payments, Renewals, and Billing
• All memberships are billed annually and renew automatically on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
• We send a reminder email before your renewal date, but can’t guarantee it won’t land in your spam folder. It is your responsibility to track your renewal date and ensure your email address is up to date and monitored.
• Your current rate is locked in as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted.
• If you cancel and later rejoin, current pricing at the time of rejoining will apply.
• If payment fails or is not received on time, your listing may be suspended or removed until payment is received.
Upgrades and Downgrades
• If you upgrade your membership, the change takes effect immediately and a prorated charge will apply.
• If you downgrade your membership, the change will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads or membership access.
• You may cancel your membership at any time through your Customer Dashboard or by emailing directory@bestmyrtlebeachphotographers.com.
• To avoid renewal charges, cancellations must be submitted before your renewal date.
• Refunds are not issued for early cancellations, removals, or failure to submit materials after purchase.
Listing Setup Timeline
Photographers: You will receive an onboarding email within 48 business hours with a questionnaire and Dropbox link to submit your profile content. Your profile will not be built until all required content is received. Delays in submission will delay your listing going live. We understand life gets busy, but the sooner we receive your info, the sooner your profile will be published.
Small business listings do not require an application, but they are not added automatically. After checkout, your business will enter a 2-week free trial period while we review your submission. If approved, your listing will be manually added to the website and your annual subscription will begin at the end of the trial. If not approved, your trial will be canceled and no payment will be processed.
Profile Updates by Membership Tier
Photographers:
• Basic: 1 profile update per year
• Featured: 1 profile update per quarter
• VIP: 1 profile update per month
Essential updates like contact info, website links, or email address can be submitted at any time regardless of tier.
Small businesses may request updates to contact information or social links at any time by contacting the directory team.
Content Guidelines & Responsibility
• All content submitted must be appropriate for a family audience.
• All members are responsible for the accuracy and ownership of the content submitted for their listing, including text, images, logos, and any branding materials.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to use all submitted materials.
• You must have obtained model releases or permissions for any recognizable individuals in your images.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates copyright, depicts offensive material, or fails to meet the professional standards of the directory.
Content Usage Rights
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your images, text, and business info to promote your listing on our website, social media, email marketing, and other platforms. We may also share publicly available content from your business’s social media accounts with proper credit. These usage rights are active only during your membership term and end when your listing is removed. Requests for content edits or removal can be sent to directory@bestmyrtlebeachphotographers.com and will be addressed promptly.
No Guarantee of Leads or Results
• Membership does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, leads, or search engine visibility.
• We do not offer any performance guarantees regarding the exposure or success of your listing.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for the following reasons:
• Non-payment or repeated payment failure
• Submission of unauthorized or inappropriate content
• Unprofessional behavior or conduct that damages the integrity of the directory
If terminated for cause, no refund will be issued.
Limitation of Liability
Use of the directory is at your own risk. We provide all services “as-is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, third-party issues, or disputes between listed photographers and their clients. Our total liability will not exceed the membership fee paid during your most recent billing cycle.
Privacy & Data Use

Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Your continued use of the directory after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
